Since its inception the organization has worked to improve and promote the Lark Street Neighborhood through a variety of programs and services, including Lark Fest a one day out door festival held on Lark Street each September. The festival is hailed as the largest open air festival in New York State, draws tens of thousands of people and is an excellent time.
